Part‑time Household Manager (Pebble Beach, CA)

About the role

We’re a busy, active couple who split our time between a primary home in Pebble Beach and a secondary home in San Carlos. We need a reliable part‑time Household Manager to keep the household running smoothly, handling everything from daily resets to vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain organization systems, perform daily resets, light tidying, and seasonal swaps.
• Coordinate vendors, obtain repair quotes, and oversee special projects such as garage or mudroom refreshes.
• Manage household calendars, billing schedules, and support the principals’ executive assistants.
• Restock pantry, handle grocery shopping, manage subscriptions, and process returns.
• Wash, fold, iron laundry, and rotate linens.
• Feed three cats, clean litter boxes, schedule vet appointments, and provide occasional cat‑sitting.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance, handle routine washing, and track registration/insurance.

Required profile

• Warm, self‑starting professional who can act on vague directions and present clear options.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable streamlining household systems.
• Excellent communicator who values privacy, discretion, and good judgment.
• Trustworthy, flexible, and enthusiastic about cats and an active outdoor lifestyle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, PDF and basic print functions).
• Ability to operate a 9‑passenger van for occasional property support.
