About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter will keep Pringle Square looking its best by maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities. This part‑time position supports the service team and ensures a safe, clean environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints.
• Attend safety meetings, complete OSHA and other required training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
