About the role

Join the Golf Operations Department at The Hills in East Quogue, NY, as a part‑time seasonal Golf Services Attendant. You will help deliver a premium experience for members and guests, ensuring smooth operation of the golf facilities from arrival through the end of the round.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the range and on the course, providing courteous service.
• Assist golfers during their round, responding promptly to requests and coordinating with the valet team.
• Stock and restock golf carts with beverages, towels, and other amenities throughout the day.
• Maintain clean and ready‑to‑use shuttles, club carts, and personal golf carts.
• Clean all clubs before and after each round and accurately count them for storage or valet.
• Set up and break down range equipment, wash balls, restock buckets, and charge carts at the end of the day.
• Support the Golf Shop as a retail associate when needed.
• Track daily golf activity, assist with monthly inventory counts, and perform any additional duties assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer‑service experience, ideally in hospitality or a golf‑related setting.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours during peak periods.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and stay calm during busy times.
