About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking reliable part‑time forklift operators to join its Fort Myers, FL service center. You will work on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock moving freight safely in and out of trailers up to 53 feet long.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload freight from enclosed trailers.
- Handle a variety of freight types while adhering to safety protocols.
- Read and follow manifests and computer‑display instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on the dock.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior forklift experience, preferably in a high‑volume, LTL setting.

- Starting pay of $21.96 per hour.
