About the role

The New York Islanders are seeking enthusiastic part‑time Brand Ambassadors to represent the franchise and UBS Arena at fan events, games, and community activations across the New York metropolitan area. This role is ideal for individuals who love sports, live entertainment, and engaging with people.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote the New York Islanders and UBS Arena in a professional, respectful manner at events, games, and activations.
  • Execute fan‑engagement activities such as watch parties, street‑team promotions, and special event support.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow Brand Ambassadors, Islanders staff, and UBS Arena personnel.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the marketing team.

Required profile

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Available to work a minimum of three home games or events per month.
  • Positive, high‑energy team player with weekday and daytime availability.
  • Passionate about sports, live entertainment, and creating memorable guest experiences.
