Part‑Time B2B Sales Representative – Outbound Calling

About the role

We are looking for a motivated part‑time B2B Sales Representative to work remotely on US business hours (starting at 3 PM SA time). As an independent contractor you will use your own laptop to generate new business and close sales for our property‑focused services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to property managers, developers, owners and other decision‑makers in the real‑estate sector.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Present our services, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Tailor solutions to client needs and support them in achieving business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline updates and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Effective time‑management and ability to meet targets.
