Part‑time and Limited‑Term Finance Faculty Positions

About the role

Kennesaw State University is seeking qualified candidates for a pool of part‑time, limited‑term faculty positions in Finance for the 2026‑2027 academic year. Appointments are made on an as‑needed, semester‑by‑semester basis and will be aligned with the university’s strategic focus on innovative teaching and research.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate finance courses, including both theoretical and applied topics.
• Develop and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Engage students in experiential learning opportunities such as the Student Managed Investment Fund.
• Participate in departmental activities, faculty meetings, and curriculum development.
• Collaborate with research centers such as the Bagwell Center for the Study of Markets and Economic Opportunity.

Required profile

• Earned graduate degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Finance or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to teach at the undergraduate level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
