Part‑Time Adult Education Math Instructor

About the role

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton is seeking a part‑time Math Instructor for its Adult Education program in Clinton, Van Buren County. The instructor will join a team focused on helping adult learners achieve personal and professional goals such as improving basic math skills, gaining digital and financial literacy, earning a GED® credential, or obtaining WAGE™ certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver math instruction to adult learners under the supervision of the Director of Adult Education.
• Provide instruction that supports a range of learner objectives, including basic skill improvement, digital and financial literacy, GED® preparation, and WAGE™ certification pathways.
• Maintain a 28‑hour weekly schedule that includes both daytime and evening classes at the UACCM Adult Education facility.

• Ability to work under the direction of the Adult Education Director.
• Availability to teach a flexible schedule of daytime and evening hours.
