Parts and Services Sales Representative – Mining Solutions

About the role

Sandvik Mining is seeking a driven Parts and Services Sales Representative to act as the primary on‑site interface with customers. You will combine sales expertise with deep knowledge of underground mining to deliver solution‑oriented service offerings that add value and support safe, efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Sandvik at customer sites, maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and solution‑based service delivery (approximately 75% travel).
• Support maintenance planning, coordination, and execution by collaborating with customers, service managers, and workshop teams.
• Assist with parts planning, forecasting, ordering, and delivery to ensure components are available for maintenance and service tasks.
• Capture, validate, and track service‑related information to enable accurate and timely invoicing in line with contracts.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, promote solution‑selling opportunities, and align service offerings with Sandvik capabilities.
• Interface with internal stakeholders—including sales, service management, planning, and workshop—to ensure cross‑functional execution and alignment.
• Monitor progress of planned maintenance and service activities, flag potential issues, and communicate proactively for timely resolution.
