Partnership Sales Manager, Data and Media Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a dynamic Partnership Sales Manager to expand its Data and Media Solutions portfolio across the North America (NAM) region. You will drive revenue by building and managing strategic alliances with media, advertising, and analytics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop territory plans in collaboration with strategy and go‑to‑market teams.
• Define product GTM strategy, pricing, and competitive battlecards.
• Identify, qualify, and recruit partners that match the target profile.
• Onboard new partners and activate revenue streams through measurement, activation, and analytics solutions.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle, driving growth and meeting quota targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales leader with deep knowledge of the media and advertising industry.
• Experience selling activation, measurement, and analytics solutions.
• Track record of quota‑carrying, revenue‑producing performance.
• Strong ability to influence and build long‑term partner relationships.
