About the role

As a Partner Tax Preparation Advisor Manager you will deliver personalized tax planning and compliance services to high‑net‑worth individuals and privately‑owned businesses. Working within PwC’s Tax practice, you will provide strategic advice that helps clients navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax planning and compliance initiatives for high‑net‑worth individuals and privately‑owned businesses.
• Guide and mentor teams in the strategic planning and execution of tax‑related projects.
• Analyse complex tax regulations to optimise client tax positions.
• Develop, review and ensure accuracy of tax documents in line with current legislation.
• Monitor financial trends to identify tax‑optimisation opportunities.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance management to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain professional standards.
• Promote innovation and the use of technology to improve service delivery.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional credential such as CPA, Bar membership, or equivalent tax/finance qualification.
• Preference for a Master’s degree.
• Experience with partnership K‑1 income, state tax credits, and individual tax compliance.
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams and build trusted client relationships.
