Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product and service offerings with school needs.
• Travel regularly to Pacific‑time schools and attend company‑wide and team‑specific onsite events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fast‑paced, customer‑success or partner‑management environments.
• Demonstrated ability to balance individual contribution with team leadership.
• Strong bias for action and comfort with remote, distributed work.
• Willingness to travel frequently to West‑Coast locations.
