Partner Solutions Manager – Bilingual English/Spanish (Americas)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a strategic Partner Solutions Manager to drive enablement and adoption of AVEVA solutions within Schneider Electric. The role blends deep technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders, supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical expertise to Schneider Electric sales teams, shaping software architectures and accelerating sales cycles.
• Act as the technical subject‑matter expert for customers, designing optimal AVEVA solution architectures.
• Conduct design audits, architecture assessments, and technical discovery sessions for mission‑critical projects.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts, pilot deployments, and industrial testbeds to ensure successful implementation.
• Create technical documentation, playbooks, and best‑practice guides; develop demos and UVP storytelling for customer use‑cases.
• Support customers and system integrators during execution, ensuring satisfaction and documenting success stories.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a “must win” mindset and ability to work independently and within matrix teams.
• Strong commercial acumen to influence sales cycles and convert opportunities.
• Deep understanding of industrial segments such as CPG, Energy, Chemicals, Infrastructure, and automotive.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with willingness to travel 30‑50%.

Required skills

• Expertise in AVEVA solutions, Ops Control, PI System, MES, CONNECT.
• Extensive experience with SCADA/DCS and IIOT platforms.
• Design and deployment of large‑scale industrial software architectures.
• Proficiency in software engineering concepts, embedded software, and IT/OT convergence.
• Ability to conduct technical validation, architecture assessments, and create technical documentation.
