Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

Coder is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to shape how its partners understand, position, and sell the Coder platform. The role translates strategic alliances into go‑to‑market programs that generate pipeline, support revenue, and accelerate adoption of governed AI development infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies with AWS, WWT and other strategic partners to drive measurable pipeline and product adoption.
• Create partner‑ready positioning, messaging, value propositions and content for partners and their customers.
• Build scalable enablement programs and materials that empower partner sales teams to sell Coder confidently.
• Design and run co‑marketing campaigns, webinars and events with key partners.
• Maintain global partner marketing frameworks aligned with Coder’s overall go‑to‑market strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment across Partner, Product, Marketing and Sales to shape GTM motions and co‑selling strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cloud, channel or ISV partnerships or partner marketing.
• Hands‑on experience working with service and technical teams at AWS, WWT and global system integrators.
• Proven track record of building technical partner GTM content, programs and enablement that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with co‑sell motions, partner programs and joint GTM execution.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent project‑management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
