Partner Marketing Lead – Cloud

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Marketing Lead to drive cloud‑partner go‑to‑market programs that accelerate enterprise adoption of Claude. In this role you will act as the bridge between Anthropic’s partner organization and internal marketing teams, shaping joint value propositions and delivering high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market programs with a major cloud partner to acquire enterprise customers.
• Develop joint marketing campaigns targeting C‑suite and senior decision‑makers, highlighting AI transformation and business value.
• Create partner messaging frameworks and enablement materials such as pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, and demo scripts.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution, coordinating product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and events teams.
• Establish and manage joint business planning processes, including quarterly planning, campaign calendars, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams on priority accounts and account‑based marketing strategies.
• Track, measure, and report on partner‑sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and campaign ROI.
• Represent Anthropic at partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences.
• Build scalable processes and playbooks for replication across the partner ecosystem.

Required profile

• Deep expertise building and executing partner marketing programs with hyperscaler partners.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and ability to craft compelling marketing narratives.
• Proven experience in joint business planning, campaign management, and performance measurement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, demand generation, field, and events teams.
