Partner Business Advisors (PBA) Senior Analyst

About the role

The Partner Business Advisors (PBA) Senior Analyst will support Accenture's Digital Inside Sales team by managing and expanding strategic Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships. The role focuses on driving Azure Marketplace transactions, growing pipeline, and aligning partner solutions with Microsoft cloud offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ISV partners, expanding relationships to increase Azure deal volume and Marketplace listings.
• Assist partners in publishing and transacting offers on Azure Marketplace, leveraging Cloud Partner Program benefits.
• Develop joint business plans, identify go‑to‑market opportunities, and support partners in using Azure, Dynamics, or Teams to launch solutions.
• Drive pipeline growth through data‑driven insights, qualification, and nurturing of opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or partner channel management.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
• Experience with Microsoft partner ecosystems, especially Azure.
