Part-Time Virtual Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NY, CA, AZ Licensed)

About the role

Tia is seeking a part‑time Virtual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver integrated women’s health care remotely. The clinician will support virtual visits across gynecology, primary care, urgent care, dermatology, and wellness, providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual patient care covering women’s health, primary care, urgent care, and wellness needs.
• Conduct gynecology and sexual health visits, including birth‑control counseling, STI screening, and pelvic assessments.
• Manage common primary‑care concerns such as respiratory symptoms, abdominal pain, and basic dermatologic issues.
• Tri­age, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients using Tia’s chat‑based telehealth tools.
• Offer coverage for provider call‑outs, staffing gaps, high‑volume periods, and PTO.
• Adhere to Tia’s standardized virtual workflows, documentation standards, and clinical protocols.

Required profile

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in NY, CA, and/or AZ.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a tech‑savvy, virtual environment.
• Availability for two to three 8‑hour shifts per week, with Mondays required and flexibility on other days.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to use AI‑assisted documentation tools.
