Part Time Teller

About the role

Join Santander’s Burlington branch as a Part‑Time Teller and provide frontline banking services to customers. You will be the first point of contact, helping clients with everyday transactions while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other routine transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, maintain cash‑drawer balances and follow cash‑handling procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, reduce wait times and address client inquiries.
• Identify and refer opportunities to cross‑sell bank products.
• Assist customers with digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Support branch compliance, risk‑management and fraud‑prevention protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and help with audits or custodial tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Fundamental math skills.
