About the role

Join Santander’s Brookline branch as a Part‑Time Teller, providing essential banking services to customers while supporting the bank’s transformation into a technology‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
• Handle cash accurately, maintain drawer balances, and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
• Adhere to compliance, risk‑management, and fraud‑prevention policies.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell bank products and refer customers to appropriate solutions.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools and promote their use.
• Support branch audits, custodial duties, and occasional tasks for nearby locations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to create a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months demonstrated customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow policies.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and basic computer applications.
• Flexible to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
