Part Time Supervisor – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team at its Tulare outlet. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience while upholding the brand’s standards of quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to improve productivity and customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and loss‑prevention guidelines.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to create a positive shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
