Part-Time Store Supervisor – Twelve Oaks Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the team at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, MI. In this role you will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor daily performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop store associates, providing feedback and support.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and legal ability to work in the United States (18+ years).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
