Part-Time Store Supervisor – Park Meadows, Denver

About the role

We are seeking a Part‑Time Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Beyond Yoga location in Park Meadows, Denver. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, drive sales performance, and foster an engaging, inclusive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily store procedures, including payroll, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and financial targets.
• Open and close the store as a visible service leader and resolve customer concerns positively.
• Analyze performance metrics (conversion, units per transaction, sales per hour) and develop improvement strategies.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and retaining store team members.
• Onboard new hires on Beyond Yoga values, product knowledge, and selling culture.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and suggest adaptations as needed.
• Manage product inventory through accurate receiving, sending, price changes, RTVs, markdowns, and transfers.
• Educate associates on loss‑prevention practices and enforce company policies.
• Coach staff to develop skills and support career growth.
• Handle minor employee relations issues and performance management.
• Promote a diverse, inclusive workplace and build community connections through events.
