Part-Time Store Supervisor – Oklahoma City

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for our Oklahoma City outlets. The role supports store management in achieving Levi’s® Store Iconic status, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence while delivering the brand’s heritage and future‑focused fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established performance goals.
• Model and coach customer‑service behaviours to achieve KPI targets such as conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour.
• Maintain product knowledge and train team members on merchandise features.
• Control expenses, manage loss‑prevention initiatives and oversee controllable costs.
• Ensure visual standards and store housekeeping are consistently met.
• Assume manager duties and stylist responsibilities in the manager’s absence.
• Support staff training, retention and development aligned with LS&CO selling practices.

Required profile

• Energetic and creative individual with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Strong leadership ability to guide a diverse retail team.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and handle a wide range of responsibilities.
