About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part‑Time Store Supervisor to join the management team at its Jenks, OK location. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while upholding the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Compliance with Levi’s policies and ability to follow management directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
