Part-Time Store Supervisor – Corte Madera

About the role

Beyond Yoga, a premium active‑lifestyle brand, is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for its Corte Madera location. You will be a key member of the store leadership team, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching a team of stylists.

Key responsibilities

• Create an engaging, high‑energy shopping environment and model excellent customer service.
• Coach and supervise stylists on selling culture and customer connection.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics such as conversion rate, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder/manager on duty.
• Support visual merchandising, shipment processing, replenishment, and markdowns.
• Participate in on‑site and off‑site events to build community and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in apparel or activewear.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and motivate team members.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and adaptability to new initiatives.
• Interest in the Beyond Yoga brand and lifestyle.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform essential physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation.
