Part-Time Store Supervisor – Albertville Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for the Albertville Premium Outlets in Albertville, MN. The role supports the store management team in delivering brand standards, driving sales, and creating a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support associate team members to improve performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory handling and visual standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, clean shopping environment.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving stock, kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.
• Comply with all Levi’s store policies, procedures and programs.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop store associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical duties.
