Part-Time Stock & Merchandising Sales Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Stock and Merchandising Sales Associate to join its retail team. You will help maintain store appearance, support customers, and ensure merchandise is stocked efficiently while representing the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Assist stock associates with replenishment, security tagging, and floor refill using RFID‑enabled processes.
• Help price merchandise and maintain visual presentation standards.
• Follow cash handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention guidelines.
• Meet or exceed daily sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency with iOS devices.
• Familiarity with RFID inventory systems.
