Part Time Service Supervisor

About the role

Levi's is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Service Supervisor to help create an energetic store environment that delights customers. You will work closely with the Store Manager and the associate team to deliver exceptional service, resolve consumer issues, and support sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach high‑quality service behaviors for all associates.
• Address consumer concerns promptly, following company policy.
• Assist with training new hires and ongoing product, culture, and loss‑prevention education.
• Partner with management to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster employee engagement.
• Handle cash, shipments, floor set‑up, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining store standards.
• Support store business strategies to meet daily sales and performance targets.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers.
