Part-Time Sales Stylist – Retail (Tanger Outlets, Branson)

About the role

Levi’s Retail is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Sales Stylist to join the team at Tanger Outlets in Branson, MO. In this part‑time role you will represent the Levi’s brand, help shoppers find the perfect fit, and contribute to a vibrant store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co. history and product line.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to store guidelines and follow security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Maintain visual standards and overall store appearance.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, or bend for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
