Part Time Sales Associate – Retail (Oxon Hill, MD)

About the role

Join the Levi’s® Outlet team in Oxon Hill as a Part‑Time Sales Associate. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover Levi’s heritage while delivering a high‑standard retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co. history and product lines.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily store and individual sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling guidelines and store security, safety, and loss‑prevention policies.
• Assist stock associates with floor replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
