Part-time Sales Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Sales Associate to join its Silverthorne store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the latest trends while delivering an exceptional omni‑channel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations and promote current promotions in line with Levi’s service standards.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive brand loyalty.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly, following company policy.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
