Part-Time Sales Associate – Denver Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a part‑time Sales Associate to join the Denver Premium Outlets team in Thornton. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s historic values while working in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co history, heritage and product range.
• Provide exceptional service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to store guidelines and follow security, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging and pricing, and maintain visual standards.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Perform basic technology tasks, including iOS device usage and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends; ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent and adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Experience with RFID inventory processes.
