About the role

This part‑time Registered Nurse position supports the IMSL Float Pool, providing outpatient nursing care Monday through Friday. The role is day‑shift based and offers flexibility within a collaborative health‑care environment at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to outpatients across multiple clinical units.
• Adapt quickly to varying patient assignments and unit needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Arkansas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible day‑shift hours, Monday‑Friday.
