Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Pleasant Prairie

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team at its Levi’s® Outlet in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and support store associates to achieve individual and team goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, visual standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a welcoming shopping environment and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding store sales and performance targets.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible part‑time schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle the physical demands of the role.
