Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Nashville

About the role

Levi’s® Outlet is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Supervisor to lead store operations during scheduled shifts in Nashville, TN. You’ll support the team in delivering an excellent customer experience while driving sales and upholding the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed daily store sales and performance targets.
• Model effective sales techniques and coach associates on product knowledge.
• Open and close the store, reconcile cash receipts, and prepare bank deposits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock replenishment.
• Ensure all team members are fully trained and adhere to company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or retail experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising or directing the work of others.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to last‑minute changes.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
