About the role

Levi's® Outlet Store in Kittery, ME is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role blends hands‑on store management with coaching and development of retail associates.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed daily sales and performance targets.
• Model sales techniques and product knowledge for the team.
• Coach, train, and develop associates on product expertise and customer service.
• Reconcile cash receipts, perform bank deposits, and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory control and store merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising or directing staff.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a passion for the Levi’s brand.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to last‑minute changes.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
