Part-Time Retail Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Supervisor to join the store management team in Waipahu, HI. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to improve their performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store culture.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Reliability – own transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Commitment to Levi’s brand values and policies.
