Part-Time Retail Stylist

About the role

Join Levi's Hilldale Madison as a Part‑Time Stylist, delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and team to showcase Levi’s, Dockers, and Beyond Yoga collections while embodying the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting outfits that reflect current trends and promotions, following Levi’s service standards.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store visual standards and comply with all Levi’s policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
