Part-Time Retail Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time stylist to join its Christiana store team. The stylist will create a personalized shopping experience, showcase the latest trends, and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current fashion trends and current promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and engage customers with the Levi’s omni‑experience.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy while maintaining satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns, and replenish inventory.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and up‑to‑date with current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods; reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
