Part-Time Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi’s® Outlet Store in Bluffton is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to support store operations during scheduled shifts. You will help drive sales, coach the team, and ensure a seamless customer experience while upholding the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily store sales and performance goals.
• Model sales techniques and coach retail associates.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and make bank deposits.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• At least 1 year of experience directing the work of others.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, and train sales associates.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a passion for the Levi’s brand.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to last‑minute changes.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.
