Part-Time Retail Key Holder

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Key Holder to join its Lincoln City store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience by supporting sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach store staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support visual merchandising, product placement, and store operations.
• Handle inventory tasks, including receiving, stocking, and moving merchandise.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent physical activity (kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders).
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Adheres to Levi’s policies, procedures, and directives.
