Part-time Pharmacy Practice & Administration Lecturer

About the role

The School of Pharmacy at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore seeks a part‑time Adjunct Lecturer to teach and develop courses in Pharmacy Practice and Administration. This position supports the school’s year‑round modular curriculum and provides hands‑on laboratory instruction for graduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and develop pharmacy practice and experiential education courses, including laboratory components.
• Create assessment questions and classroom activities to evaluate student learning.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on curriculum delivery and continuous improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the department.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Post‑graduate residency, fellowship, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in academia or a strong background in pharmacy practice.
• Commitment to teaching a diverse graduate student population.
• Ability to work collegially with faculty and staff.
