About the role

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for patient registration in Nashville. The role supports patient access through technology and communication, and is open to candidates with no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Use technology to support patient registration.
  • Route written communications as appropriate.
  • Communicate with colleagues in person, by telephone and by email using various communication tools.
  • Welcome patients and visitors and handle general inquiries.
  • Determine work priorities on assigned shifts.
  • Help support associates with new procedures and duties.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Patient Access Manager or Team Lead as needed.

Required profile

  • High school education; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • No experience required.
  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, extended computer use and walking.

  • Base pay of $16.00 to $21.10 per hour, depending on role, level, location, skills and experience.
