Part-time Maintenance Technician (Windscape Village)

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to support Windscape Village, a 328-unit residential community in Lompoc, CA. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the property, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, functional and well-maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and complete assigned service requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds and amenities.
• Execute special projects such as tile installation, patio and balcony assembly, painting, and minor construction tasks.
• Carry out basic to intermediate electrical work, plumbing repairs, carpentry, drywall, and general construction as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule on site.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
