Part-Time Maintenance Technician – Lineage

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Maintenance Technician to support the Lineage community at Willow Creek. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition of apartments, common areas, and grounds to ensure safety, functionality, and a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment to reduce future breakdowns.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, parts used, and time spent.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company procedures, and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, lift equipment, and work in various building environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance for scheduled part‑time shifts.
