Part-time LMS Administrator (Contract)

About the role

The Jed Foundation is seeking a part‑time Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator on a 3‑6 month contract to manage the day‑to‑day operation of its e‑learning platform. The role is fully remote and supports the delivery of mental‑health training to schools, caregivers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update LMS configuration, including course structures, organization settings and access groups.
• Manage user accounts, enrollments, subscription access and training credit administration.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews of courses before launch, checking functionality, accessibility and content accuracy.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to prepare instructor‑led and self‑paced content for deployment.
• Generate regular training data reports, audit course completions and flag data anomalies.
• Provide first‑line technical support to internal and external users, resolve issues or escalate as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering an LMS in a professional environment.
• Proven ability to work independently, communicate proactively and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with virtual instructor‑led training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
