About the role
Kennesaw State University’s Department of Architecture is seeking qualified candidates for a pool of part‑time, limited‑term faculty positions. Appointees will join a vibrant academic community that emphasizes design studios, research, and professional practice.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate architecture courses, including studio, design communication, and technical subjects.
- Supervise and critique student design projects and theses.
- Develop course materials and contribute to curriculum planning.
- Participate in departmental meetings, reviews, and community outreach.
Required profile
- Advanced degree in Architecture (M.Arch, Ph.D. or equivalent).
- Professional experience in architectural design and studio instruction.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor students in design and technical skills.
- Commitment to inclusive, student‑centered teaching.
