Part-Time Leasing Professional (Weekend Availability)

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Leasing Professional to support our KIND South community in Sacramento. You will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue and resident-retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth resident move-ins and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments before move-in, confirm readiness and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property-management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Availability to work weekends.
• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities independently.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and documentation.
