Part-Time Leasing Professional – Atlantic Springs

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join the Atlantic Springs community in Raleigh, NC. This part‑time position focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Attention to detail for unit inspections and lease documentation.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Proactive approach to marketing and community outreach.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Familiarity with online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
