Part-Time Leasing Professional – Affinity at Oak Hills

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to join the team at Affinity at Oak Hills in Charlotte, NC. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and supporting lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show townhome units.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance items.
• Monitor local market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Customer‑service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Flexible schedule: Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends, not exceeding 32 hours per week.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor activity.
